Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack with Care
Place your unworn socks in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
